<Job responsibilities>
1. Give direction to the organization's business growth by ensuring the right balance of product, price, place, and promotion to achieve long-term objectives of the company.
2. Ensure company values are lived by all team members at all times by way of proper communication of values, leading as an example, and reinforcing value behaviors thereby aligning the team to the overall corporate culture.
3. Identify new business opportunities(new markets, new products, new business with existing clients, acquisitions etc. By carrying out market studies etc. to develop strategies and plans to exploited identified business opportunities.
4. Develop and execute plans using formal (customer satisfaction survey, monthly reviews, customer complain policy and tool etc.) and informal (one to one chats, client entertainment etc.) to obtain client feedback and maintain/ improve customer service levels while creating and Instilling a customer focus outlook among staff (direct/indirect).
5. Guide, coach & motivate employees in order to increase the quality of departmental staff performance by providing regular feedback and guidance on individual performance and assess the training needs of the team and obtain HR facilitation to provide applicable training.
6. Develop and manage the Sales and Marketing budget, oversee and contribute to achievement of internal operating budgets, monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing activity based on business goals, in order to achieve company budget and the growth.
7. Lead the customer acquisition process from identification of suitable customers up until securing customer (including agreements) by bringing together all relevant internal stakeholders in order to develop a wining solution for the client while safeguarding the interest of the company
8. Recommends and administers policies, procedures and internal business processes related to client acquisition process such as credit approvals, agreements, customer acceptance by guiding and working with internal functions prior to start operations to ensure all functions are in place to setup operation smoothly and enhance effectively.
9. Develop and execute a suitable branding policy in order to attract and retain appropriate clients , employees, suppliers to the organization.
10. Identify market & industry trends and competitor information by establishing suitable information channels and analyses to ensure required decisions are taken to achieve competitive advantage.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales / Business Development / 3PL management, Warehouse experience / Freight Forwarder
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Cost management
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to uncover Opportunities within existing client relationships as well as to Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Strategic thinking with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Result-oriented Leadership and Must be Able to contribute to a positive team environment.
- Sound communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Have personal car

- ทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจา และการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลที่ดี
- การจัดการต้นทุน
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้ดี
- แสดงให้เห็นถึงความสามารถในการค้นพบโอกาสในความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่มีอยู่ ตลอดจนระบุและแสวงหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ
- การคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์และมีทักษะวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี
- ความเป็นผู้นำที่มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์และต้องสามารถสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมทีมที่เป็นบวกได้
