Work outline: Responsible for overall Sales activity to expand sales revenue

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Responsible to achieve the mutually agreed sales targets
Ø    To collect market information related to the product groups which shall be introduced and to application which shall be pushed
Ø    Ensure regular and frequent business contact and customer contact, lead, guide and support local distributors
Ø    Strong challenge spirit, self-motivated and resilience
Ø    Timely provide local information on activities of competitors, new trends and market movement.
Ø    Responsible for business plan and forecasting
Ø    Implement country specific business strategies and align it with the regional strategies
Ø    Other tasks will be assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-38 years,
Ø    Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Engineer or related field
Ø    More than 5 years working experience in B2B sales
Ø    Independent, resourceful and able to work in the international team
Ø    Confident and assertive manner
Ø    Well-developed organization skills
Ø    Initiative, fast learner, self-motivated and eagerness to grow
Ø    Japanese communication skills is a must

Prefer:
Ø    Working experience in chemical/automotive/healthcare industry

 Languages skills
English: Advance conversational Level
Japanese: Business level (N2)

Workplace Area: BTS Pleonchit
 Working Hour: 08:00-17:00 Mon-Fri
