• Strong passion/motivation to challenge working in new hotel business model.
• Being a START-UP member who help create/build strong organization together with CEO (Highly responsible as a founding member) 
• Responsible of sourcing a property leasing opportunity, negotiating with a property owner, dealing with government agencies to obtain required permits for a hotel

Duties & Responsibility:

• Creating overall strategy of finding best properties for leasing
• Creating target hotel list within Bangkok for leasing opportunities
• Approaching targeted hotels to generate discussions with property owners
• Negotiating with property owners on lease terms, together with CEO
• Executing leasing agreements with a help from lawyers
• Dealing with government agencies to obtain or maintain required licenses such as Building Usage Permits, Hotel License, F&B License, etc.
• Working closely and exchange an creative idea to develop the organization with CEO
• Working on various other tasks, as a founding member, to successfully launch the business

*Remark : At first, will concentrate on expanding Hotel Business in Bangkok/Thailand first, but in the future, there is high possibility to expand the business to other countries in Southeast Asia.\

Qualification

(Must)

• Thai Nationality Only, Male/Female  Age:  25– 35*Negotiable
• Strong passion/motivation to work in new hotel business to create the largest hotel chain in Southeast Asia from scratch
• Experience and knowledge in screening and finding property location for a business
• Experience and knowledge in negotiating/executing property leasing contracts in Thailand
• Experience and knowledge in obtaining licenses from government agencies
• Experience and knowledge to work with contractor such as designers/contractors
• Strong Minded, Patient, Leadership, High challenge and Flexible to do multi-tasks in job

(Preferable Qualification)

• Experience of working on sourcing of store location, leasing negotiation/execution, store opening in an industry such as restaurant chains, café chains, etc. in Bangkok

(Preferable Qualification)

• Experience managing/training employees in multiple shops/stores in service busieness
