Work Outline Mentor and coach sales team to achieve individual and company target, Ensure effectively to help Sales team achieve their goals
Duties & Responsibilities:
Mentor sales executives on company Managed Services practice
Contribute to coaching conversations and develop individual sales plans for the existing sales forces
Works with local Sales Managers, Service Managers, non-Managed Services Solution Architects and the sales force, to qualify and close, Managed Service opportunities with our clients
Develop technical strategies and architectures for new services, participates in sales presentations and identify additional product/services opportunities in the customer’s organization
Establish, build and expand relationships with existing and potential customers at multiple levels in the organization
Ensure revenue attainment to support the sales quota
Ensure effectively to help Sales team achieve their goals
Complete weekly and monthly forecasting and pipeline reporting
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male or female, age 35-40 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Science /Technology / Management or equivalent experience.
At least 10 years progressive experience, including 5 to 7 years presale experience.
Full understanding of remote/managed services models.
Prior experience with a Managed Service provider is desirable.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Superior track record in previous presales positions within service/managed service organization.
Good technical knowledge about end user solution, Data center solution and cloud based solution and managed service support and delivery model
