Responsibility:
•Manage all emergency maintenance to team or subcontractor
•Manage overall Facility Maintenance, Security & Safety Section covering planning, budgeting, coordinating, scheduling of work, conducting meeting, maintaining maintenance and project budgets, following up and reporting of all facility & safety projects/assignments
•Work closely with subcontractor and store to conduct root cause analysis, problem solving, prevention of recurrence and annual preventive maintenance plan regarding all facilities in the Head Office Buildings and Distribution Center
•Propose yearly maintenance plan and budget
•Conduct building inspection and DC visit to evaluate current situation and areas for improvement
•Coach, train and motivate the team to meet target and company’s expectations
•Other duties as assigned by supervisor and the Management
Qualification:
•Age between 30-45 years old
•Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related fields
•Possess at least 3 years’ experience in Facility Engineering and Management (Store maintenance)
•Possess at least 1 years in Safety and Security Management
•Strong leadership skills, decision making with high responsibilities
•Good communication skills
•Good computerized skills with solid knowledge of all standard software, internet, email
Language Skill:
*English in Business Level

Working Hour:Mon - Fri (9.00 – 18.30)
