<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Be able to use CNC and CMM machines and able to task as AM or manager level.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for doing Kaizening and costing down of machining department
- Control productivity in the line in accordance to production plan
- Coordinate with Jig, an Edging tool supplier to install the best production line
- To manage CNC lathe and CMM by controlling program and train staffs (Mitstoyo)
- Report the production data to JP management in English
- Improve and sustain production to produce products that meet both the quality and output requirements
- Improve internal reporting system (Excel) and reporting process
- Control quality and NG of the machining line.
- Troubleshoot quality and production issues.
- Lead team to develop to manage and reduce cost.
- Maintain good and smooth communication internally
- To provide subordinates instructions which is from JP management in English
- Other tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- At least 10 years experience of processing by CNC lathe and CMM (Both need) in mass production line
- At least 3 years management experience
- Ability use machine program (our brand is Mitutoyo)
- Having experience of coordination with supplier about blade and Jig
- Basic level of English
- Experience in IATF16949, ISO9001,ISO14001.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Experience in Aluminum die cast machine will be highly advantage
