Work Outline Responsible for all M&A functions with Japanese Executive
Duties & Responsibilities:
Autonomy to lead and run a deal from beginning to end
Developing existing relationships and building new ones
Analyze and assess the underlying risk in accordance with the relevant product line policies and procedures
Prepare non-binding indication letters, insurance policies and binder agreements
Interact with clients, client’s advisors, brokers and other deal professionals
Review and understand documentation relevant to the analysis and assessment of the risk
Participate on underwriting conference calls
Manage the underwriting process and, in cooperation with the legal department, the selection of and work performed by outside counsel
Present preliminary findings and conclusions to senior underwriters and management
Qualifications:

Thai Nationality, Male or Female, 30-50 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Have 7-10years M&A experience in insurance sector or other financial institutions,etc
A good knowledge of M&A and the ability to apply your skills creatively to diverse client needs
Autonomy to lead and run a deal from beginning to end
Preferable Skill / Experience:
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Highly focused, enthusiastic and creative thinker;
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaboratively work on a global basis;
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng or MRT Silom
Working Hour: 08.30 - 17.30 (Mon - Fri)
