Logistics Specialist (Chinese Speaking) (25K-45K) (SDG-22694)
<Job Responsibilities>
Develop logistics plans both by vessel and Air to enhance distribution of goods and supplies.
Support the management in decision making with the data.
Collect transportation data such as, volume, distance, fuel price etc. from concerned department.
Support document for clearance process and follow-up on customs clearance process with Logistics company
Cooperate and communicate with the concern department both internal and external for transport, distribution process.
Directly contact with HQ for importing parts.
Manage age inventory and proceed Delivery process
Occasionally support sales and purchase PIC for document such as purchase order, delivery order, invoice and related documentation if needed and also follow-up on customer’s order and queries,
Proceeding TISI and contacting NBTC once needed
Do other ad-hoc project task as assigned.
Others tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/female, age 28-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Good command in English and Chinese
At least 2 years’ experience in logistics field, sales or sales coordinator in trading company
Have knowledge in logistics such as HS Code, export-import process, warehouse and inventory management, customs legislation
Good at Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Familiar with TISI, NBTC
Having connection with customs
Attentive to details.
Able to meet tight deadlines and be able to work under pressure.
Team cooperative working, good skills of communication and gathering information.
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Chinese: Conversational level
