Logistics Specialist (22K-32K) (SDG-24993)
<Job Responsibilities>
Develop logistics plans both by vessel and Air to enhance distribution of goods and supplies.
Support sales and purchase PIC for document such as purchase order, delivery order and related documentation if needed and also follow-up on customer’s order and queries
Support document for clearance process and follow-up on customs clearance process with Logistics company
Cooperate and communicate with the concern department both internal and external for transport, distribution process.
Manage age inventory, check serial cargo and proceed Delivery process
Visit warehouse 1-2 times per weeks by company car with driver for cargo checking
Proceeding TISI and contacting NBTC once needed
Do other ad-hoc project task as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 23-30 years old
Bachelor Degree
At least 1 years’ experience in in logistics field.
Have knowledge in logistics such as HS Code, Import process, warehouse and inventory management, customs legislation
Good command in English
Good at Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Able to going outside to warehouse 1-2 times per weeks by company car with driver for cargo checking
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Chinese Language
Familiar with TISI, NBTC
Having connection with customs
Attentive to details.
Able to meet tight deadlines and be able to work under pressure.
Team cooperative working, good skills of communication and gathering information.
