Work Outline: Responsible for overall inventory planning process
Duties & Responsibility:
. To work with Marketing, Distributor, Logistics / WH manager to get relevant information enough for inventory planning.
To co-ordinate with marketing team in each brands, Distributor, for sales forecast and promotion plan, be ensure the inventory to meet customer demand and be able to achieve sales target.
To provide significant information for marketing, distributor, regarding status of sales order, sales amount and status of finished inventory that fulfill the sales target
To co-ordinate with logistics/warehouse manager, outsource service provider to ensure the accuracy of inventory on hand, inventory in transit, and the status of valued added work in outsource factory.
To manage inventory purchase with import suppliers
Manage import purchase following to company procedures
To co-ordinate and provide documents for Logistics/WH manager E.G. invoices for import procedures inbound.
To prepare purchasing plan by details of product items in quantity and amount both in foreign and local currency, submit report to VP and overseas supplier.
To co-ordinate with logistics / WH manager for efficiency of inventory turnover to meet company policy.
To co-ordinate and work with other department as a team to minimize obsolete stocks and slow move items.
Other jobs may be assigned with relevant scope of work.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Having experience in inventory planning for consumer products especially Cosmetics or professional hair products.
At lease bachelor’s degree, preferable from recognize university, with major in logistics, but not essential.
Good command of English, be able to communicate in writing for overseas import.
Keen and be able to work in details, accuracy is a need.
Working with standard software, EG. Oracle , Sap , Navision, Microsoft office
Holding driving license
