Logistic Staff (Import-Export/English Speaking) (20K–23K) (SDG-114171)
<Job responsibilities>
1. Documentation and Compliance
- Prepare, verify, and manage import/export documents such as invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs laws.
- Monitor and handle licenses, permits, and legal documents required for trade.
2. Coordination and Communication
- Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs agents to track and coordinate shipments.
- Maintain clear communication with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to address shipping requirements and resolve any issues.
3. Shipment Management
- Arrange shipments, including selecting cost-effective and reliable transportation methods.
- Track and monitor shipments to Ensure timely delivery.
- Manage insurance claims in case of damage or loss during transportation.
4. Inventory and Logistics Support
- Coordinate with store teams to manage inventory flow for import and export goods.
- Ensure accurate and timely stock updates related to incoming and outgoing shipments.
5. Reporting and Record Keeping
- Maintain and update records of shipments, invoices, and customs clearances.
- Generate periodic reports on import-export activities for management review.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in logistics and import-export in manufacturing, trading or logistics business
- knowledge and understanding of import-export documents (invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.)
- knowledge and understanding of import-export process, delivery terms
- Conversational high level of English (Especially in writing skills)
- Teamwork skills
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong Coordinating skills, attention to details
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- knowledge of customs tariff (import Tax) will Be an advantage

Workplace Area: Mueang, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday- Saturday: Every other Saturday- Work in Office 100%)
