About this Job
Work outline: Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Ø Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Ø Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Ø Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Ø Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Ø Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Ø Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Ø Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Ø Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male, age 35-45 years
Ø Bachelor's degree
Ø Good command in English(Advanced conversational level)
Ø At least 1 years of working experience as warehouse manager
Ø Leadership and management skills
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Amata city, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00– 17:00 (Mon – Fri) ), 8:00-12:00 (Every other Sat.)
