Litigation Officer (25K-30K) (SDG-50326)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Debt negotiation with clients for litigation and negotiate debt damages for the sale of confiscated cars.
 Coordinate documents - data, as well as follow the results of Outsource - Litigation to comply with the employment contract.
 Check the list of case reimbursement. According to the employment contract.
 Take action in the event that the vehicle is inspected by a government agency in a criminal case.
 Accepting action / coordination about company being complained in cases of complaints through government agencies (such as Office of The Consumer Protection Board, Court, Damrongdhama Center of Ministry of Interior).
 Prepare a summary report of daily and monthly debt negotiations.
 Other internal law support.
 Other assignments.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 28-40 years old
 Bachelor’s degree
 Minimum 3 years of working experience in litigation field of laws
 Proficient in hire purchase law (both civil and criminal)
 Holding Attorney License
 Comfort to work outside if needed
 Able to control the external outsourcing, negotiating skills
 Able to use the standard program computer or upper

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Holding a driving license

English: Basic Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: BTS Phromphong, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)
