Work outline: Take care of all of legal issues
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Review and provide legal advice on tender documents
Ø Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken
Ø Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management
Ø Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies
Ø Going to court as a company’s lower
Ø Go to visit client to check legal affair
Ø Translate legal document from Thai to English
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male only, age 30-35 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in law
Ø 3-5 years of experience as lower
Ø Have lawyer license
Ø Have experience as lawyer in a court
Ø Able to handle with client’s claim
Ø Able to go to visit client upcountry
Languages skills
English: Business level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Hua mak
Working Hour: Mon – Fri 8.30 – 17.30
