Duties & Responsibility:

•Draft, create or adjust business agreements

•Control company regulations, employment condition to comply with laws

•Conduct law training to employees

•Being Law consultation to management and other sections

•Provide legal advice to all Group of companies in Thailand

•Handle interpretation of legislation and solving legal disputes

•Implement policy, procedures and compliance framework

•Collaborate with government official for obtaining permission or business licenses

Qualifications:

[Must]

•Thai nationality, Male or Female age 30-35 years old 

•Bachelor’s or Master degree in Law, Business Law or related filed.

•Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Lawyer from Law firm or in-house corporate lawyer from leading company

•Possess Lawyer's License is a Must (ใบอนุญาตทนายความ)

•Strong problem solving, and decision making skills 

•Highly detail oriented and organized in work

•Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications

•Strong problem solving skills

•Able to handle the assigned job independently.

•Good analytical, Self-initiate and high responsibility.

Languages skills 

English: Business Level 

Workplace Area: Huaykwang, Bangkok

Working Hour: Mon – Fri 08:30 – 17:00

Salary: 51,000-70,000 THB/ Month
