An opportunity be a company representative to coordinate with Region branches
Work Outline: Handle and manage overall legal issues throughout Asia region (Thailand, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore) to support company’s business operation and development in the region
Duties & Responsibility:
Draft, review and negotiate various business contract (with suppliers, customers, service venders, etc.)
Provide advice on wide range of legal issues (corporate, contract, labor, competition, etc.)
Research laws and regulations; Implement effective compliance (company laws, labor laws, sales regulations, etc.)
Provide legal support to various projects (set-up new company, new market entry, M&A, joint venture, etc.)
Formulate and implement dispute resolution strategy including litigations (IP infringement, labor dispute, and other claims.)
Draft and review internal company rules and regulations
Manage local lawyers in conducting the above tasks
Coordinate with legal teams in HQ and other regions
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male and Female, Age 35 years above
Bachelor’s Degree in Law
5+ years of experience in corporate legal or law firm
Experienced in handling legal issues in other Asian countries
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experienced in Japanese or other foreign companies
Languages skills
English: Business Level

Working Hour: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 100,000-150,000 THB Negotiable
