Legal Affairs Section Manager (40K–70K) (SDG-116483)

<Job responsibilities>
- Providing Legal advisory to the Management and business operation
- Drafting and reviewing contracts in Supporting various Corporate and commercial transactions both domestic and international
- To oversee the process of reviewing contracts and other documents (Thai-English) related to business operations, oversee legal staff on reviewing and draft contracts, supervise and control contract management system, and plan and control contract audit.
- Control Contract Management System and Support all users in the company group
- To oversee and finalize communication with law firms for professional opinion related to Company Group and ASEAN's business, plan and oversee law firm evaluation result
- Give Legal advisory to business operations.
- Support and control all work in team
- Provide solutions when Legal/compliance issues occur
- Other tasks as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 36 - 46 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's or master's Degree in Law
- At least 10 years as a Legal in the corporate company except finance industry
- At least 7 years of management experience
- Conversational high or business level (to communicate with overseas group company)
- Having a Lawyer License or Certificate of Thai Bar is a must
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- working experiences in the manufacturing industry
- TOEIC 800 up

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Nana
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday)
