Working location is very convenient for transportation (Asoke)
Duties & Responsibility:
Draft the legal documents Business Law in Thai and English.
Review contract and provide legal advice on document
Provide legal support and advice to operational in related law
Represent the company as Legal representative towards government authorities
Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management
Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with external lawyers
Liaise with government agencies
Review and draft all kinds of contracts and compliance documents in both
Thai and English
Research, analyze and summarize all relate laws and regulations
Plan, manage, develop and implement the retention of corporate documents
Manage and control with company documentation system.
Provide and support for the legal document.
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality only, Male or Female, age 30- 40
•Bachelor's Degree in Law(LL.B)
•Hold Lawyer license
•Good computer skill in Microsoft Office, E-mail and Internet is usable.
•Excellent communication skills and highly self-motivated.
•Possess good interpersonal, organizational skill.
•Take perseverance in solving problems and be detail-oriented person.
•Be enthusiastic learner and flexible.
•Have a good command in Microsoft Office Program.
•Excellent English communication skill (business level)

•Japanese language skills would be advantage

Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, MRT Sukhumvit
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30 PM.
