Work outline: Manage and give an advice for Lawyer team
Provide & Advice legal in all legal aspects to customer
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Draft, revise and negotiate all legal documentation relating to tender offer, M&A, and any other transactions of the bank under relevant securities laws.
Ø    Advise and provide legal services relating to, or connecting to the issuing and offering of securities, M&A and other legal matters in relevant to capital market and The Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Ø    Advice and provide legal services relating to registrar and corporate trust services.
Ø    Advice, negotiate, participate and represent the bank in any deals or transactions of the bank which is in relevant to securities.
Ø    Follow up and update the new laws and regulations applicable or effect to banking/securities business

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
Ø    Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Law
Ø    5 years of working experience in Legal Consultant /Attorney at law/ Corporate Lawyer
Ø    Expertise in Capital Market
Ø    Good command in English in Business Level
Ø    Hold Lawyer license

Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri)
