Junior DMA (Logistic coordinator) (30K–35K) (SDG-109825)
เจ้าหน้าที่จูเนียร์ DMA (ผู้ประสานงานด้านโลจิสติกส์)

<Job responsibilities>
Order processing:
- Check on accuracy of orders sent to suppliers/distributors by checking on the buying and selling price on sales Order (SO) and Purchase Order (PO)
- Ensure that there will be no delay in submitting orders to suppliers/distributors
- Keep record of orders shipped and pending for shipment on monthly basis
Suppliers:
- Submit yearly forecast to suppliers
- Monitor supply & packaging material situation as
- Have clear & effective communication with suppliers
- Updated on the raw material seasonal shortage period for prior planning of Order placement
- Create rapport with suppliers to get their upmost cooperation,
Distributors:
- Follow-up with distributors
- Update distributors on supply situation
- Create rapport with distributors and understand the market situation/activities
Management:
- Work closely with management to achieve yearly target sales by keeping track of current sales achieved versus company’s target
- Price information to be shared in the department and to be regularly updated to enable accuracy in billing
- Have a proper filing on buying price quoted by suppliers and selling price quoted by sales Team
- Share with management on shortage of raw materials situation or problems in shipment
- Source reliable freight forwarders to compare freight rates and engage those with better rates
- Creative in thinking of better ways to ship the goods to save on logistic Cost
- Cut down on unnecessary workload and ensure efficiency in the department
- Set priorities to meet management deadlines
- Create rapport with suppliers and distributors
QA & Product Development Department:
- Keep record of labels, items codes, shelf life information, carton, can code information fully updated in the system
- Monitor on label/packaging material changes requested from distributors/suppliers
- Report claims from distributors, Assist in supplier’s investigation on the complaint, to generate debit/credit note after the cause of damage has been finalized.
Sales Department:
- Prepare price comparison when new prices are announced by suppliers



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain/Logistic management or any related.
- 2-3 years of experience in Logistics and Export functions (FMCG)
- Working experiences in Food manufacturing
- Business level in English (Able to write & speak fluently)
- Able to go visit clients
- Good negotiation and communication skill
- Good foresight, planning and problem-solving skills
- Good organization skill
- Meticulous and has eye for details
- Able to work as a Team
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- SAP Skill

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Phaya Thai
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri [Sat: depends on work schedule])

- ปริญญาตรี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน/โลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 2-3 ปี ในด้านโลจิสติกส์และการส่งออก (FMCG)
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการผลิตอาหาร
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจ (สามารถเขียนและพูดได้คล่อง)
- สามารถไปพบลูกค้าได้
- มีทักษะการเจรจาและการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีทักษะในการมองการณ์ไกล การวางแผน และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี
- มีทักษะการจัดระบบที่ดี
- มีความพิถีพิถันและมีสายตาที่ดีในการใส่ใจรายละเอียด
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
