About this Job
Work outline: Ensuring all operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules / Handling Japanese Interpreter tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program
Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk
Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
Interpreter in the meeting and office support
Assist translation and interpreting job for the company
Coordinate with the company’s Japanese partner in all aspects of tasks
Perform others related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, age 22-35 years
Bachelor’s Degree
New graduate or 0-2 years working experience as coordinator/ interpreter or any related
Japanese Language Skill N2 or N1 is a MUST!
Good in written and spoken English and Japanese.
Good personality and Good communication skill.
Have knowledge and experience in labor law/policy/regulation is a plus.
Dynamic, good personality and can be worked under pressure

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level



Workplace Area: BTS Ploenjit
Working Hour: 9.00 – 18.00 (Mon-Fri)
