Branch & Technical Center in Thailand is the center of Asia area.
Willing to work with big company (has almost 20,000 staffs in Asia Area)
Duties & Responsibility:
(Work Outline)
Responsible for JP-TH translation and GA job function
(Detail)
Supporting Human Resource department function including recruiting, compensation and benefit, and others
Prepare Visa & Work permit for Japanese staff
Responsible for DMR, ensure and maintain company ISO9001&14001 always be up to date, cooperate with internal and external parties to ensure all procedures and company rules and regulations have been handled all
Handle any other jobs as assigned by Manager Input and collect Import-Export documentations.
Input and combine sales report and submit to JP Manager
Issue invoice and Purchase order for sales department
Help coordinate and communicate with Main branch staffs in Japan and Thai Staffs
Visit customers in industrial site along with JP boss
Qualification:
Minimum requirements
Age : 25– 30 years old
Sex : Female or Male
Minimum 3 years experiences in Japanese company
Bachelor degree in Japanese Language or Business or other related field.
Good command in Japanese (Above JLPT N2 level)
[Preferrable skill]
Experience working with Japanese manufacturing, or R&D department
Languages skills:
ENGLISH : Advance conversation
JAPAN: Advance Conversation to Business Level※*JLPT 2 is ok.!
Workplace Area:Rojana industrial park/ Bangkok
Working Hour:Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30

Salary: 30,000-50,000 THB/ Month
