Duties & Responsibility:
Coordinate between Japanese management and local staff.
Interpretation in the office and also meeting, and documents
Prepare document for VISA and work permit
Support in compiling information, presentation, minutes of meetings, coordination work
Translation of E-mail, necessary documents.
Support HR&GA section
Qualifications:
[Must]
Female only, age 28-40 years old, Thai Nationality Only
Bachelor degree in any related field
Fresh Graduated is also welcome
At least 1 year working experience in Secretarial or Interpretation
Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 up)
English skills Daily conversational level (speak with Japanese boss and writing email)
Good management skills
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
[Prefer]
Prefer candidate who have good communication skills both English & Japanese
Languages skills
English: Daily Conversational level
Japanese: JLPT N2 and above
Workplace Area: Bangna, (BTS Udomsuk) 5 minutes by car
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (From 8:30 - 17:00)
