Job Highlight
Ø To be able to work in Japanese Leading IT company in Thailand

Work outline: Support Sales Team in overall sales related functions and documentation
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Communicate with sales person and customer well, then making quotation or necessary documents for customer
Ø The sales coordinator must liaise between customer and other departments to provide high quality service
Ø Cooperate with headquarter in Japan and regional office in Singapore in case it’s necessary in the operation
Ø To record monthly sales report including business trends and forecast of car production volume
Ø Organize and maintain sales documents with a systematic manner
Ø Report problems regarding sales or any related issues to direct supervisor
Ø Checking accuracy of calculations, prevent mistakes
Ø Attending the company meeting
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male/female, age 25-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in the field of Engineering as follows;
Ø Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordinator or related fields
Ø Good command of both spoken and written English
Ø Good command of both spoken and written Japanese
Ø Attention to detail
Preferable:
Ø Experience working in Japanese company
Ø Experience working in IT related industries
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level (N2)
Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 09:00 - 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
