Work Outline Assistant to Japanese MD and do HR and GA tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for Japanese Interpreter/Translator (Japanese – Thai, Thai – Japanese)
Support of conferences and business meetings
Interpret and coordinate between Japanese MD and the staffs in sales planning and marketing department
Prepare Support Coordinator Planning all function or related
HR and Administration tasks (recruiting and so on-except payroll)
BOI related works (Visa, work permit)
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, Age 22-28 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Fresh graduate is also welcome
Computer literacy (Excel, MS words)
Good command of Japanese and English
Interest in IT or Automotive Industry
Self-motivated
Able to attend business trip to abroad if assigned
Preferable Skill / Experience
Have experience in study / working in Japan
Experience as Japanese coordinator, secretary admin
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 or above)
Workplace Area: BTS Phromphong
Working Hour: Flexible Monday – Friday (8.30 – 17.30 or 9.00-18.00)
