Duties & Responsibility:

(Work Outline) : 

•Coordinate between Japanese client and Thai Staff in office and admin task

 (Detail):

•Coordinate between Japanese client and Thai Staff in office

•Support to get company registration, VISA & Work Permit, accounting service and other service

•Translation and interpreting duties

•Liaise with government agencies 

•BOI coordinate.

•Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

[Must]

•Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 27 - 40

•Bachelor Degree in any field, Major in Japanese Language

•At least 3 years’ experience in Japanese coordinator.

•Good command of Japanese language skill(be certified Japanese Test Level (N1)

•Excellent communication skills and highly self-motivated.

•Possess good interpersonal, organizational skill.

•Take perseverance in solving problems and be detail-oriented person.

•Be enthusiastic learner and flexible.

•Have a good command in Microsoft Office Program.

[Prefer] 

•Prefer candidate who use to stay in Japan at least 10 months

Languages skills 

English: Business Level

Japanese: JLPT N1 (or N2 at business communication)

Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, MRT Sukhumvit

Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30 PM.
