Work Outline: Support IT Infrastructure and network system
Duties & Responsibility:
IT infrastructure (hardware, network) deployment and on-going support
Performs call management, problem isolation & problem solving faced by and users over the telephone-e-mail and escalation of problem in a prompt manner
Install Hardware/Software for standalone PC, Notebook, Mobile, devices, printer etc.
Administers the application of Windows Operating System, PHP, MySQL, ERP system
Trains local users on the utilization of Hardware and Software (i.e. Microsoft Product)
Qualifications:

Female/Male
Age 23 year-old up
Bachelor Degree in Computer technology, Business computer
1-3 years experiences ERP application support, network and PC maintenance support
Knowledge of programming PHP, MySQL ,ERP system
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Phrapradaeng
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
