<Job Responsibilities>
- Support software SAP and Rubix
- Solving problems; computer errors, help desk, support, etc.
- Contact with suppliers, service providers, vendors for inquiry and maintenance
- Maintenance computers, tools and equipment (Hardware, Software) including network system
- Develop IT technology to comply with company’s policy
- Make listing report of hardware, software, tools and equipment which related to computers and IT system, seek inquiry for purchasing
- Make report related to IT and computers
- Others as assigned by supervisors
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support
- Experienced with support SAP system , warehouse management system (Rubix)
- Having skill of developing and applying Internet, Firewall, VPN, Network and tools and equipment
- Having knowledge and capable of installing basic computer programs; Windows, Outlook, etc.

- รองรับซอฟต์แวร์ SAP และ Rubix
- แก้ไขปัญหา; ข้อผิดพลาดของคอมพิวเตอร์ แผนกช่วยเหลือ การสนับสนุน ฯลฯ
- ติดต่อซัพพลายเออร์ ผู้ให้บริการ ผู้ขายเพื่อสอบถามและบำรุงรักษา
- บำรุงรักษาคอมพิวเตอร์ เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ (ฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์) รวมถึงระบบเครือข่าย
- พัฒนาเทคโนโลยีไอทีให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของบริษัท
- ทำรายงานรายการฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคอมพิวเตอร์และระบบไอที สอบถามข้อมูลการจัดซื้อ
- ทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับไอทีและคอมพิวเตอร์
- อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 28 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ Support ระบบ SAP , ระบบบริหารจัดการคลังสินค้า (Rubix)
- มีทักษะในการพัฒนาและประยุกต์ใช้ Internet, Firewall, VPN, Network และ tools and equipment
- มีความรู้และสามารถติดตั้งโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ Windows, Outlook เป็นต้น
