IT Supervisor/ Senior Supervisor (40K–70K) (SDG-105431)

<Job responsibilities>
IT Management:
- IT activities and projects planning, budgeting, and track actual IT expenditures against budget.
- Company Infrastructure and application system support and maintenance operations, system upgrade/technology refresh and enhancement projects.
- Company IT procurement.
- IT solution that meets the business requirements, within established budget, Monitor milestones & budgets for change Request assessment, system integration & deployment.
- Report and communicate timely on project risk, scope, quality, effort, resources and timeline. Critical paths and mitigate risks to implementation.
- Collaborate and work closely with HQ IT team.
Cybersecurity and IT Information Security Management:
- Lead and drive cybersecurity activities and improvements.
- IT security and projects planning.
- Deploy corporate information security, standards, policies, and procedures in the company.
- Train users in cybersecurity awareness.
- Local standard operating procedures or guidelines in compliances with corporate governance and Local legislation.
Business integration:
- Internal and consulting resource on project implementation.
- Managing and validate vendor delivery and job quality.
- Maintain good working relationships with colleagues, external vendors.
- Service level agreements, contracts with internal users and external parties.
- Projects meet expectations, managed within time and budget.
- Documentation track, updates and for the IT systems (Infrastructure and application) implement
Systems Support:
- Contact point on communication with external auditors for finance IT auditing and IT J-SOX auditing (if applicable).
- Adherence and compliance to all corporate governance and standardization, quality management plans and standards.
- Formulate, ensure, and improve J-SOX audit controls, policies, other statutory compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Review Service level agreements, contracts with internal users and external parties.
- Develop and implement training programs for end users.
Project Management:
- Agree requirements, accurately estimate additional project components, timescales and costs in time and materials, fixed price or share risk situations and integrate into project plan.
- Enforce Strong change control culture, implementing processes to manage change requests.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 32 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in IT related field
- 4 years or more experienced as IT Management (Supervisor level with subordinates)
- Strong in cybersecurity and IT information security management, Infrastructure and application system management, network operation management
- Conceptual knowledge of change & release management
- ERP projects leadership such as Oracle: Minimum 3 mid-scale projects implementation cycles
- Project and vendor management
- Conversational high to business in English (report to Japanese report line, Coordinate with Singapore Head Quarter)
- Analytical skills
- Business Acumen
- Good communication – verbal and written.
- Have leadership skill
- Multi role and Multi tasking skills
- Organization, planning, budgeting skills

- มีประสบการณ์ 4 ปีขึ้นไปในด้าน IT Management (ระดับหัวหน้างานพร้อมลูกน้อง)
- มีทักษะดีในด้านความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ และการจัดการความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลไอที การจัดการโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน และระบบแอปพลิเคชัน ทักษะการจัดการการดำเนินงานเครือข่าย
- ความรู้เชิงแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงและการเปิดตัว
- ความเป็นผู้นำโครงการ ERP เช่น Oracle: รอบการดำเนินโครงการขนาดกลางขั้นต่ำ 3 รอบ
- การจัดการโครงการและผู้จัดจำหน่าย
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ (รายงานไปยังสายรายงานชาวญี่ปุ่น ประสานงานกับสำนักงานใหญ่ในสิงคโปร์)
