Work Outline: Manage and maintain the system and the own website
Duties & Responsibility:
Proactively monitor system health, security, and performance.
Vendor management to control the cost, improve the performance and fix problems.
Troubleshoot & solve the problem at the own website.
Back office system support and administration.
Supporting user requests relate to data and report issues.
Communicate with internal users as required, keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes and agreed outages.
Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.
Customer database management and maintenance
Internal IT infrastructure management and maintenance
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age 24-39 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any fields
More than 3 years’ experience as internal IT staff in Internet Company or Software Company.
Experienced in financial or IT software or internet service industry.
Good command of English (Business level).
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in online stock trading company.
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000-85,000 THB/ Month
