<Job Responsibilities>
- Ensuring customer service levels are in line with SLAs and service contracts.
- Prepare Solution of Service
- Control the surveillance of abnormal events. In terms of computer security and information systems, be ready to be notified according to the terms of service.
- Control, supervise, find the cause and fix various problems.
- Coordinate with relevant teams, sales departments and customers to create solutions or recommendations.
- Oversee the availability of process-based services such as Availability, Incident, Capacity, and Resource plaining.
- Control the Change Control Management (CCM)
- Control the preparation of Assessment data together with the team. to provide services according to customer needs
- Control the preparation of asset and configuration data of equipment and manage it for maximum benefit.
- Controlling the preparation of manuals/documents Configuration Work Instructions
- Control and inspect the preparation of reports such as Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly reports or others as assigned.
- Create new services to support customer needs or changing technologies.
- Prepare an annual budget.
- Perform tasks according to the organization's policies or other assignments.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Bachelor of Science in Computer, Information Technology, Electrical, Telecommunication or related fields
- More than 3- 4 years of working experience in computer security system network systems, information systems, management level management
- Have Certification in Cyber Security such as Network+, Security+, Linux+, Server+, Cloud+, PenTest+, CySA+, CEH, ITIL. etc.
- Good communication in English (with external)

- Knowledge of computer systems and network
- Knowledge of computer security systems, information, laws, or related standards such as the Computer Act 2017, Cyber Act 2019, and Personal Data Protection Act 2019
- Have technical knowledge in Cyber Security Analysts such as Scripting, Controls and frameworks, Intrusion Detection, Intrusion Prevention, Network security controls, Operating systems, Incident response, Cloud, AI, DevOps, Threat Hunting knowledge, Malware Analytics, Vulnerability assessment, Penetration testing, Regulatory guidelines.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- From IT company
- Able to travel up to Chiang Mai 1-2 times / Month
