<Job Responsibilities>

- Provide system administrative support to Head of IT Department in the hardware & software operations.
- Plan, maintain and administer the information systems and local area network in the branch to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations including data storage management and security standards management within our company.
- Ensure the smooth operation of hardware systems and perform routine system operations including data backup and keeping of daily/problem logs.
- Oversee and/or perform installation, maintenance and monitoring of the company’s systems, hardware, software and local area network. Maintain inventory records of them as our company assets. Provide support for system upgrades, file maintenance and installations where installations are carried out by vendors.
- Support end user computing and daily operations to resolve and prevent problems. Perform trouble shooting and act as an internal resource for system problems or unusual situations encountered.
- Organize hands-on demonstrations and/or train end users in the use of new software and hardware products.
- Make, plan and maintain office automation and communication infrastructure.
- Liaise with other departments on behalf of users on matters relating to company information systems.
- Establish, maintain and implement policies, rules and procedures for managing information security and information systems.
- Provide advice for IT security and perform the security assessment on IT projects
- Maintain and implement rule and procedures for IT Security Management and Information Security Management
- Improve literacy of IT Security Management and Information Security Management of the company members and provide relevant staff training
- Conduct Surveillance Monitoring like Log monitoring, HPID and Admin ID activity review
- Arrange the security assessment with external vender including vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and ISO27001
- IT Risk assessment such as RCSA, new product assessment and IT outsourcing
- Follow up and report the implementation of new law and regulations that related to IT security
- Review the EOS and EOL for IT asset both hardware and software
- Support to set up IT Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
- Manage and control contracts/agreements with IT vender
- Assist the Department Head to make IT Security Plan, Budget application, Policy and IT strategy reports etc.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years in IT Infrastructure / Network / IT Management
- Experience in communicate with vendors and users
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in preparation or update Procedure & Manual
- Excellent in English communication (verbal and written)

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Having Banking or Financial Service experience is advantage
- Able to communicate in Japanese
- VMware basic operation

Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00 ((Monday - Friday) no need to work on Saturday)
