IT Infrastructure Engineer (JP) (60K-70K) (SDG-77131)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Subsidiaries Support:
- 1. Support to coordinate & communicate between ROH (Reginal Operation Headquarter) in Thailand and Subsidiaries’ management and also HQ in Japan for IT-related topics such as IT Policy, IT Project, New IT Technology implementation & utilization, IT Incident & Issues, IT Budget, etc. Upgrade, etc.
- 2. Perform as a member of subsidiaries companies IT infrastructure project implementation such as PC replacement, Server replacement, Email system migration, Antivirus client upgrade, etc.
- (For Japanese in Japanese and for Others in English)
- 3. Researches, tests and recommend new IT infrastructure technologies to the subsidiaries IT.
- 4. Analyze and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure system issues reported by each subsidiaries IT.
- 5. Create, develop, implement, and maintain standard of IT infrastructure for subsidiaries.
ROH (Reginal Operation Headquarter) in Thailand Support:
- 1.Support IT Team to implement IT Policy, IT Project, and New IT Technology.
- 2. Support ROH users for day-to-day IT operations and support IT incidents & issues
- (For Japanese in Japanese and for Others in English)
- 3. Support to coordinate & communicate between IT Team to ROH Japanese members for IT-related topics such as IT Policy, IT Project, New IT Technology implementation & utilization, IT Incident & Issues, etc
- 4. Assists in IT hardware and software rollouts, including PCs, printers, network devices and other IT resources.
- 5. Travel to support subsidiaries and attend conferences, seminar for IT training as necessary.
- 6. Regular attendance at work and at scheduled meetings.
- 7. Other duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 27-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Or 5 years of experience in an IT infrastructure system support or IT infrastructure engineer or relevant role.
- Thoroughly understand IT infrastructure system architecture and IT security principles.
- Experience implementing and supporting PC, server, network, IT hardware and software under Windows environment.
- Ability to exhibit a positive attitude and to deal with coworkers, subsidiaries IT & management tactfully and courteously in order to maintain effective service-oriented relationships.
- Conversational high level of Japanese (N2UP) and English
- Ability to focus on multiple projects at once and to troubleshoot problems quickly.
- Able to travel and working up-country and abroad.
<Preferable skills>
- VMware, Hyper-V, SAN storage management experience is highly desired.
