Work Outline: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to system Integration
Duties & Responsibility:
In charge of any inquiries from client in Thailand and Asean group
Trouble shooting for any IT problem
Solve problem about how to use program (Q&A)
Contact to HQ to ask for more information if it’s very difficult problem
Assist people in the company for IT issue
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai national Only, Female only, Age 23 -30 years old
•Bachelor or Master Degree in IT, IT Engineer or related field
•Good Knowledge & Experience in IT help desk
•Good command of written and spoken English
[Prefer]
•Good command of Chinese
•Good knowledge of System Integration
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Chinese: Preferable
Workplace Area: MRT Silom /BTS Saladaeng Bangkok
Working Hour:Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30
