IT Application (Japanese Speaking) (70K-100K) (SDG-40191)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Ensure the smooth operation of hardware systems and perform routine system operations including data backup and keeping of daily/problem logs
 Oversee and/or perform installation, maintenance and monitoring of the company's systems, hardware, software and local area network. Maintain inventory records of them as our company assets. Provide support for system upgrades, file maintenance and installations where installations are carried out by vendors
 Liaise with other departments on behalf of users on matters relating to company information systems
 Developing project scopes, objectives and a detailed project plan to track progress, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, resource availability and allocation
 Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs, and Monitor/Measure project performance by using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
 Managing team to support EUC development and include testing process and daily operations to resolve and prevent problems.
 Preparation of the documentations
 Maintain list and manage EUC control over the organization
 Organize hands-on demonstrations and/or train end users in the use of new software and hardware products
 Improve literacy of information Security Management of the company members and provide relevant staff training
 Report and escalate to management
 Perform any other duties as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 30-40 years old
 Bachelor or master degree in IT or related fields
 At least 5 years in IT Application, EUC or related functions
 Experience in communicate with vendors and users
 Good command of English
 Experience in preparation, review and update Procedure & Manual

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Knowledge in VMware
 Able to communicate in Japanese
