Responsibility:
•Translate business and users requirements into specifications for the ERP System
•Align ERP modules to ensure interoperability between business unit and headquarter systems
•Ensure business unit ERP solutions adhere to corporate architecture standards and requirements
•Support the use of business applications (ERP and other applications), coach and advise key users, recommend improvements
•Design, develop/implement test and document report as per user requirements
•Create training materials , work Instructions and conduct user training for the whole business unit
•Service desk and troubleshooting
•Maintain and enhance ERP and other applications performance
Qualification:
•Male/Female, Age between 25 - 40 years old
•Thai Nationality Only
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology
•Very good written and oral command of the English (business) language
•Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or in Information Systems(or similar)
•Approximately 3 to 7 years of experience , including 2 years in similar position
•Knowledge of IS trends, architectural principles, IS implementation (development, construction, test), information analysis, IS service management processes, security policies, technical management of information systems
•Conceptual thinking, customer focus, planning and organizing, problem analysis, teamwork, proactive and able to work under tight schedules.
•Very organized and analytical, attention to detail
•Willingness to travel (domestic and abroad)
Language Skill:
*English in Business Level (TOEIC: 700)
Workplace Area:Bangplee Industrial Estate
Working Hour:Mon - Fri (07.30 – 16.30)
