Investor Relations Manager (60K–85K) (SDG-109472)

<Job responsibilities>
- Monitors operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and develops investor relations messages based on these changes.
- Creates presentations, press releases, and Other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors.
- Manages the investor relations portion of the company website.
- Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function.
- Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with stock exchange representatives.
- Organizes conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings.
- Provides feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of the company.
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงการดำเนินงานผ่านการติดต่อกับฝ่ายบริหารของบริษัทอย่างต่อเนื่อง และพัฒนาข้อความนักลงทุนสัมพันธ์ตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงเหล่านี้
- สร้างสรรค์งานนำเสนอ เอกสารข่าว และสื่อการสื่อสารอื่นๆ สำหรับการเผยแพร่ผลประกอบการ กิจกรรมในอุตสาหกรรม และการนำเสนอต่อนักวิเคราะห์ นายหน้า และนักลงทุน
- จัดการส่วนนักลงทุนสัมพันธ์บนเว็บไซต์ของบริษัท
- ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์การแข่งขันอย่างครอบคลุม รวมถึงมาตรวัดทางการเงินและความแตกต่าง
- พัฒนาและติดตามมาตรวัดประสิทธิภาพสำหรับฟังก์ชั่นการสัมพันธ์กับนักลงทุน
- ตรวจสอบรายงานของนักวิเคราะห์และสรุปรายงานให้กับผู้บริหารระดับสูง
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับตัวแทนตลาดหลักทรัพย์
- จัดการประชุม การแสดงโรดโชว์ การประชุมผลประกอบการ และการประชุมนักลงทุน
- ให้ข้อเสนอแนะแก่ฝ่ายบริหารเกี่ยวกับการรับรู้ของชุมชนการลงทุนของบริษัท
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration or any related field
- 3+ years of working experiences in investor relations field (any industry)
- Working experiences in listed companies
- Good command of Verbal and written in English (to frequently use in documents and Communicate externally)
- Good interpersonal, communication, and Presentation skills.
- Pleasant Personality, energetic, and good team Player

- มีทักษะการใช้ภาษาพูดและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษที่ดี (เพื่อใช้ในเอกสารและติดต่อสื่อสารกับภายนอกบ่อยครั้ง)
- มีทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ การสื่อสาร และการนำเสนอที่ดี
- บุคลิกภาพดี กระตือรือร้น และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
