<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop high-quality investor presentations, annual reports, factsheets, webcasts, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, and industry events to articulate points of view to relevant stakeholders including analysts, brokers, and investors.
- Gather and analyze market data from both public and private industry data sources, developing an in-depth database, performing key economic analysis, financial modeling, market analysis, and competitor analysis including financial metrics and differentiation.
- Deliver insights reports and provide intelligence for the company management.
- Expand and enhance shareholder and investment community engagement and interaction through a high level of activities including organized conferences, road shows, earnings calls, investor meetings, newsletter, etc.
- Monitor analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management, providing feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of the company. Monitor the movement of the company’s share price and the market and report on the unusual events
- Craft ATL business highlights and communicate with analysts and investors (both Thai and Foreign)
- Prepare materials for presentation, analyst conference, opportunity day, roadshows, company visit, and other IR materials
- Be a representative in IR visits to investors and other stakeholders
- Responsible for the 56-1 one report preparation and information in the company website section investor relation
- Prepare quarterly analysis regarding company performance compared with peers and present to CEO/CFO
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 28-40 years old
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics
- 3++ years of work experience, ideally as IR professional in a well-known publicly listed company
- Practical skill in financial statement
- Good knowledge of SEC/SET rules, regulations, and appropriate requirements
- Good command in English (for daily conversation)
