Work outline: Assist Japanese manager (Preparing documents and interpreters) sometimes going out with Japanese manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
|
Ø Handle all secretarial duties include computer work, filing, scheduling and other tasks as assigned
Ø Interpretation required for meetings and document translation (Thai and Japanese)
Ø Organize and coordinate meeting, conference and visitor both local and regional.
Ø Support in compiling information, presentation, minutes of meetings, tasks & activity follow-up and coordination work
Ø Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female , age 25-30 years
Ø Bachelor's degree
Ø At least 1-2 years of experience as Interpreter or any related fields
Ø Good personality and relationship and service mind
Ø Be able to use Japanese Skill to support Japanese clients by phone or e-mail or face to face
Ø Can be work under pressure
Ø Be Flexible work location in Prachin Buri
Preferable:
Ø experience in Automotive business
Ø Be able to communicate in Japanese
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Business level
Workplace Area: Prachin buri
Working Hour: 8:00 -17:00 (Mon-Fri)
