Work Outline: Responsible for Japanese Interpreter/Translator
Duties & Responsibility:
•Go to factories with Audit team by company’s car (with driver)
•Periodical inventory and petty cash checking
•General accounting job (Preparing yearly & quarterly budget, forecast)
•Preparing information for management and support business unit
•Preparing the document for auditing at closing
•Preparing budget information including expenses allocation and control with actual result, preparing management report etc
•Taking care of cash flow management ; preparing cash flow plan, investment, lending and borrowing
•Controlling appropriate collection from customer and payment to vendor, review long-outstanding balances and follow up
•Assisting to prepare corporate income tax calculation and tax return
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Female only , age 22 - 35 years old, Thai Nationality Only
*Fresh graduated is also welcome
•Bachelor degree in Japanese or related field
•Good command of Japanese (at least N3)
•Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
[Prefer]
•CDD who have good conversational and interpersonal skills
•Experiences in Japanese interpreter or translator at least 1 year
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Business level (at least N3)
Workplace Area: Bangna / Bangkok(About 10 - 15 min from Udomsuk station by car)
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri)
