Work Outline Assistant and Secretarial Tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting the Japanese Director with ALL interpretation and translation tasks
Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Japanese Director
Document translation and interpretation for meetings (Thai/Japanese)
Supporting in compiling information, presentation, minutes of meetings, tasks & activities follow-up and coordination
Handling all secretarial duties including paper work, filing, scheduling and other tasks as assigned
Visiting clients with the Japanese director or MD in Bangkok or Factory (A company car will be provided) *Visit clients around Bangkok Area 3-4 times / week, Out of Bangkok 1 time/month
Reserve hotel or golf for company’s Client
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, 27-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering / Business Administrator / Logistics or other related field
At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing filed in Interpreter Tasks
Good Attitude and active
Understand Japanese Culture (Punctual and can be flexible)
Good command in Japanese (at least N2 Level)
Be able to visit client with Japanese MD
Good command in English (all documents will be in English)
Preferable Skill / Experience:
Experience in Publishing Company (Finished Art work/Desktop Publishing Company)
JLPT N2 Certificate
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level
Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
