Purpose and objectives

Opportunity to work in growing industry (Medical support business) as a Customer Service
Responsibility:
Explain about medical services to customers
Handling patient call and arrange the appointment if patient need to go hospital
As necessary, accompany to hospital with patient
Provide translation service between patient and doctor at hospital
Making reports of patient cases
Update the information of medical
Responsible for assigned role
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
•Male/Female, Age between 25 - 39 years old
•Thai Nationality Only
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related fields
•3 years of working experience in business operator or interpreter
•Interested in medical support business
•Good command in MS Office Skills (Word, Excel)
•Good command in Japanese and English
•Able to visit hospital & work at night time (for emergency cases)
Language Skill:
*English in Business Level (TOEIC: 700)
*Japanese in Business Level (At least JPLT N2)
Workplace Area:BTS Asoke
Working Hour:Mon - Fri (09.00 – 18.00)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000-50,000 THB/ Month
