Work Outline: 40% : Internal IT Support (System Administration)
60% : Sales support (Material creation)
Duties & Responsibility:
•Taking care of internal IT Environment
•Install PC for new staff, Create / Delete domain user and mail environment
•Maintenance agreement management for internal environment / equipment (Server, N/W equipment, software etc.)
•Deeply understanding IT system, Security system, Network basic knowledge, Windows knowledge
•Interaction with the IT consignment company in Singapore(Telephone and e-mail)
•Any other IT related tasks
•Maintains promotional database by inputting invoice and bill-back data
•Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries
•Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials
•Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Male or female, age 22 - 30, Thai nationality
•New graduate is welcome
•Bachelor degree in IT System or any related field
•Good command in English to speak in company and Consignment company in Singapore
[Prefer]
•Experience to work IT System or any related company

Working Hour:9:00 – 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
