Internal Control Manager (90K–120K) (SDG-117481)

<Job responsibilities>
- Set up yearly Plan for internal control monitoring and process review.
- Implement and conduct compliance training to all staffs relating to internal rule (BCP, compliance guidance, Entertainment and Gift etc.) and conduct the training for staff to improve the compliance knowledge for the high risk items.
- Establishment/development/Amendment the company policies, company standard operation procedures including standard operation procedure of internal control department.
- Design and promotion of control self-assessment (CSA), evaluate internal control system. (company level and Department level)
- Design and promotion of Tokyo self-assessment (SA), evaluate internal control system.
- Identify risk factors and Design and promotion enterprise risk management.
- Follow-up and Monitoring Incident Event and find out the corrective control and preventive control.
- Follow-up and monitoring valid licenses (Non-life License, Life License, driving License).
- Follow-up points note of CSA and SA.
- Consultant Service.
- Other task as assigned.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 8 years experience in Internal Control (with Risk Management)
- Experience as Assistant manager or manager with subordinates
- Experience in Hire Purchase, leasing, non-Bank, Bank, Finance service
- Conversational high to Business level in English (report to Japanese, conduct training and Implement, documentations etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office, and good Computer knowledge
- Professional in Presentation & negotiation skill
- Able to travel and work upcountry
- Ability to work under pressure
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
- Experience in Japanese company
- Early join candidate

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday)
