Work outline: Responsible for implement and improve to prepare for the reorganization by coordinating with Thai staffs and external auditor
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Clearly figuring out the current operating process through internal discussions in Thai and English.
Ø Revising and/or newly setting policy/rule for internal control and improving operating process in Thai and English.
Ø Newly establishing internal control organization consulting with the report line
Ø Planning to educate head office/factory staff for complying with internal and legal rule.
Ø In the future, manage subordinates in the team as the team have plan to expand
Ø Other task as assigned
Ø Go to the factory which is located in Udonthani province at least once a month
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-45 years old
Ø Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or other relate fields
Ø Working experience in internal control and/or improvement of operating process at international companies or Audit firm (Big 4) for more than 5 years
Ø Experience in managerial level more than 3 years
Ø Be able to go to Factory in other province
Ø Good command in English
Preferable:
Ø Experience with sugar industries or food
Ø Working experience in a manufacturing business
Ø Japanese language skill
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.00 (Monday to Friday) and some Saturday half day depends on company’s rule
