Work outline: In charge of Interior design (Smart office project)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Meeting with clients and other tradespeople such as architects or builders to discuss the needs of the client
Ø Developing designs according to a brief that are functional, appealing and appropriate for the space.
Ø Using design software (such as AutoCAD) to create models and visuals
Ø Researching and preparing plans, diagrams or sketches for interior constructions, materials, finishes, lighting and furnishing
Ø Selecting suppliers of materials and labor
Ø Estimating costs and submitting quotes for client approval.
Ø Inspecting and supervising the work of tradespeople to ensure that quality and safety standards, costs and deadlines are met
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male or female, age 28-35 years
Ø Graduated Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture
Ø Have experience in Interior design at least 5 year
Ø Able to go to deal with client
Ø Able to use design program
Ø Excellent communication, reading, writing in English.

English: Advanced conversational – Business level

Working Hour: 08:30 – 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 THB negotiable
