Duties & Responsibility:
(Work Outline) :
Manage, Analyze and Setting strategy for all of insurance process
(Detail):
Review of Agency compensation and marketing cost
Good command of product knowledge
Support to various company initiatives and strategies
Manage all insurance process by organizing the information. (Renewal, First Year)
Analyze renewal insurance information
Setting strategy of Marketing for insurance work process.
Encourage team to follow up new customers to still be customer on next year’s insurance with Team Leadership.
Good managerial skill with the good team player to coordinate with concerned parties
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality only, Male or Female, age 30- 40
•Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business Administration, Business Management or Economics.
•5 years or more experience in Insurance Business or Broker
•Excellent MS Office skills
•Good command of English language skill
•Very good technical and analytical skills
[Prefer]
•Japanese language skills would be advantage

Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 THB
