<Job responsibilities>
1. Manage repair services Customer service planning Maintenance to be as targeted and on time.
2. Take care of, procure, and maintain tools, machines, and personnel to be suitable for operations.
3. Control the management of the Service group to be in line with policies and goals efficiently in terms of repair processes, customer service, technical aspects and quality.
4. Control the quality of repairs and services to meet goals and to provide customers with standard services.
5. Consult with production engineers. Maintenance engineer Sales support engineer (Application Engineer) and various technical staff in department management as well as helping to solve various problems within the Service group.
6. Contact and coordinate with manufacturers to request technical information and product claims abroad.
7. Set operational plan goals. Organize organizational planning for the Service work group.
8. Control, supervise, and implement the quality and environmental management system established by the company. Develop efficiency and effectiveness
9. Prepare work efficiency measures and report or communicate with relevant agencies.
10. Consider accepting people to work, and punishing them in responsible departments.
11. Provide daily, monthly and annual performance reports. as appropriate To measure performance and provide information for decision-making.
12. Promote awareness among relevant personnel to have good environmental consciousness.
13. Prepare a budget for planning and controlling expenses of the line of responsibility.
14. Able to train teams To develop and increase the working skills of the team.
15. Other work as assigned
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
1.บริหารจัดการบริการซ่อม วางแผนการบริการลูกค้า บำรุงรักษาให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและตรงเวลา
2. ดูแล จัดหา และบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือ เครื่องจักร และบุคลากรให้เหมาะสมกับการปฏิบัติงาน
3. ควบคุมการบริหารงานกลุ่มบริการให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายและเป้าหมายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งในด้านกระบวนการซ่อมแซม การบริการลูกค้า ด้านเทคนิค และคุณภาพ
4. ควบคุมคุณภาพการซ่อมและบริการให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและเพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับบริการที่เป็นมาตรฐาน
5. ปรึกษากับวิศวกรฝ่ายผลิต วิศวกรซ่อมบำรุง วิศวกรสนับสนุนการขาย (Application Engineer) และเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านเทคนิคต่างๆ ในการจัดการแผนก พร้อมทั้งช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ภายในกลุ่ม Service
6. ติดต่อและประสานงานกับผู้ผลิตเพื่อขอข้อมูลด้านเทคนิคและการเคลมสินค้าในต่างประเทศ
7. กำหนดเป้าหมายแผนปฏิบัติการ จัดระเบียบการวางแผนองค์กรสำหรับคณะทำงานบริการ
8. ควบคุม กำกับดูแล และดำเนินการตามระบบการจัดการคุณภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อมที่บริษัทจัดตั้งขึ้น พัฒนาประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
9. จัดทำมาตรการประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน และรายงานหรือสื่อสารกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
10. พิจารณารับคนเข้าทำงาน และลงโทษในหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ
11.จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานรายวัน รายเดือน และรายปี ตามความเหมาะสม เพื่อวัดผลการปฏิบัติงานและให้ข้อมูลประกอบการตัดสินใจ
12. ส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องมีจิตสำนึกด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดี
13.จัดทำงบประมาณในการวางแผนและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายของสายงานรับผิดชอบ
14. สามารถฝึกอบรมทีมงาน เพื่อพัฒนาและเพิ่มทักษะการทำงานของทีมงานได้
15. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or Electrical engineering-related field
- At least 10 years of experience in Measurement instrumental
- 3-5 years of experience as a manager
- Good command of English communication (make a report, Contact with suppliers)
- Management skills and experience
- Able to use Microsoft office
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience with instrument measurement products

Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Mon-Fri, WIO)

- มีประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการ
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (จัดทำรายงาน ติดต่อซัพพลายเออร์)
- ทักษะและประสบการณ์การในการจัดการ
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft office ได้
