Work outline: Responsible for overall delivery process regarding shipment from Japan HQ
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for placing orders from Japan head office to the suppliers and follow up status to achieve on time
Ø Delivery and manage to keep the progress as original schedule with the suppliers and update order status to Japan Head Office.
Ø Management of the suppliers for delivery plan schedules and any problem of delay shipment.
Ø Contact and coordinate with others department in company to facilitate Japan Head Office’s
Requirement.
Ø Assist the suppliers to decide what shipping terms is best applicable for every shipment and help them to decide what is the best Condition for booking shipment.
Ø Checking the shipping documents such as invoice, Packing List, B/L, Form A, etc to ensure that all is correct to avoid any discrepancy
Ø Other jobs assigned by manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female only, age 22-30 years
Ø Bachelor degree in any related field.
Ø Fresh Graduates are welcome
Ø Good command of both written and spoken English AND Japanese
Ø Computer skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Ø Attention to details
Preferable:
Ø Experience in import/export business
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational level (N3 or above)
Workplace Area: BTS Ekkamai
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17: 00 (Mon – Fri)
