Import Staff(JP) (30K–37K) (SDG-115601)
<Job responsibilities>
Responsible for the operation of Supply Control Department activities, communication with customers,
issue purchase orders, invoices, and logistics processes and perform other related work
- Provide order & forecast to supplier
- Delivery control for Import shipment
- Issue and send shipping document
- Issue Debit Notes for any Charges
- Manage and File documents
- Support Kaizen activity and perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
- Always strictly comply with the company's management systems and regulations.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields
- At least 1 year of experience working as an Import/Export in any industry
- Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Conversational high level of Japanese (Supplier, Report Line, Email, Documents/ Preferable N3 up)
- Conversational middle-high level of English (internal use, email, documents)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in the Automotive industry or related will Be an advantage
- can join immediately will Be an advantage
